Since the doors to Integral Yoga Natural Foods opened in
1975 by Sri Swami Satchidananda, we have been proud to provide a
health-conscious shopping environment for Charlottesville,Virginia and
the surrounding counties.

The Community
We strive to serve the community by bringing customers together to enhance each
other's lives.
Food Bank Donations
Together we have sent over 249 pounds of food to the Blue Ridge Area Food Bank for
the months of March and April. That amount of food is enough to serve 195 meals to
people in need. Thanks for your ongoing support!
Bag Nickels
Integral Yoga and our customers have raised $175.00 for Doctors Without Borders.
Thanks to all who donated to this incredible organization and their on-going work in
Haiti.
We have resumed our bag nickel donations to the free acupuncture clinic for military
personnel and their families. Veterans, those on active duty and reservists are
eligible.
We strive to serve the community by bringing customers together to enhance each
other's lives.
