IYNF began when Blue Mountain Trading Company was purchased by
Satchidananda Ashram in 1980. The new owners operated the store under the Blue
Mountain name for five years before changing it to Integral Yoga Natural Foods.
Integral Yoga Natural Foods has successfully served the Charlottesville community
over the years, providing great vegetarian and natural foods, supplements and local
and organic produce.
IYNF has survived and thrived not only due to the knowledgeable and hardworking
staff, but also because of the guiding precepts of our founder H. H. Sri Swami
Satchidananda.
