Waheguru Singh
General Manager


Waheguru Singh has been working in the natural food
industry since 1997.  While working for a meditation center
he studied Ayurvedic cooking and the healing properties of
food. He has worked for Integral Yoga Natural Foods since
2000 and has managed the bulk, bread, freezer, and
produce departments.  He has been the general manager of
IYNF since August of 2010.  

Over the past 11 years Waheguru has also been studying
yoga in Toronto , Ontario under the tutelage of a yoga
master.  He is a certified Kundalini Yoga Educator and has
completed over 700 hours of yoga related training.  
Waheguru is also a member of the Global Sadhana
Leadership Program & Yoga Without Borders, which is a
group of Yogis dedicated to the eradication of
institutionalized violence towards women and girls
worldwide, permanently, and in our lifetime.
